This is during session while another legislator is talking and the representatives in the foreground are playing solitaire and what is that? Could it be? Playing poker on Full Tilt? The Connecticut legislature has not yet passed a budget and the state is facing crisis. So what do they do? Play poker. My tax dollars hard at work! Note that he is watching a baseball game too.
